Come to Iparagirre to celebrate our rite:
“You will find a cider house with more than 500 years of history that combines modern style and traditional flavor, you can visit its four dining rooms, each one distinct, with its own personality.”
For many years, our efforts have been aimed at achieving a certified quality cider, made wherever possible with native and ecological apples.
To achieve this, together with the old apple trees, we are carrying out new plantings, with a careful selection of varieties, in ecological production in our farms Iparragirre and Montefrio, we currently have about six hectares planted, which will gradually increase.
It is a complete guided tour that will bring us closer to the world of cider, Basque natural cider from a global perspective: apple trees, their varieties, cider production, ways of consumption, the difference between the different ciders…
The different locations of the cider house are visited: manzanal, production area, cellars and the new cider area that will allow us to go back in history 500 years.
